We've locked in the dates for the Fox Motorsports 2011 track days at Grattan Raceway in Belding, Michigan. Last year’s track days were well attended with a diverse group of cars showing up for each event (check out our photo pages of events here ). We experienced our highest attendance level ever in September with 30 drivers and their guests (close to 100 people in total) coming out to drive and enjoy the last track day of the 2010 season. The main focus of each event is to provide a safe, controlled environment for you to enjoy your car on the track at speed. A catered lunch with snacks and beverages (all provided by Fox Motorsports) is included. Space is limited, please contact us for more details and information.
Daily operations at Fox Motorsports include the many ongoing projects we have on our schedule. If you’ve seen our Featured Projects page you are aware of some of the unique things we do when it comes to automotive restoration and modification.
Current or recent projects of note are:
-1940 Ford Deluxe 5 Window Coupe - known history from new and currently undergoing a full restoration at Fox Motorsports.
-1974 Pontiac Trans Am – a Fox Motorsports ‘restomod’ with updated suspension/brakes, center lock wheels, and over 700 horsepower.
-1972 BMW 2002tii – a vintage BMW with a not-so-vintage E30 M3 engine transplant, updated suspension, and full restoration. Suspension, engine, and transmission mounts were extensively updated and strengthened by Fox Motorsports.
-1957 Jaguar XK140MC – a classic Jaguar roadster that will be updated with modern running gear.

Employee Profile - Bob Kolenda
From wrenching on cars in the driveway at age 6 through his ASE Master Technician Certification, Bob brings a depth of knowledge and experience that is irreplaceable. Bob has decades of automotive experience including over 10 years as a Fox Motors employee. Before joining Fox Motorsports in 2007, Bob would be called by us to come over and consult on a project or fix a rare automotive part. After more than a year of this ‘part-time consultation’, Bob was brought on full-time to take on the growing business of service and restoration. It has proven to be a good move. Bob says that it is “the perfect job”, one that utilizes his ability to problem solve and apply creative thinking to the many opportunities that arise each day. We couldn’t agree more.
